1.1 When registering an account on the project, the user confirms familiarity with the following rules and gives consent to the processing and storage of personal data. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt the user from responsibility. The administration of the project reserves the right to make adjustments to any points of the rules without notice to the players.

1.2 It is possible to return funds only in case of an error when making a payment, not later than 14 days from the date of transaction. Refunds are made if there are coins in the player's account and there are no transfers or activations privileges for these coins. For this purpose it is necessary to write on e-mail [email protected], to give proof of possession of the account (the screenshot from a personal account is enough), the receipt on payment, the sum, date and time of transaction, indicate the reason of replenishment mistake, from which card/wallet payment was made. Funds will be returned on condition that all necessary information is given to the card/wallet from which the transaction was made of the operation within 5 working days. At successful accrual of game currency the account replenishment function is considered to be executed. The project is not responsible for the further use, storage and transfer of game currency.

1.3 The User is responsible for the security of his account and is obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure its safety. Regardless of who did what on the account, the responsibility is always is the responsibility of the account owner. In case of account hacking, the project administration reserves the right to refuse to restore access.

1.4 Project administration has the right to interfere in the gameplay and act under the circumstances. In controversial situations the last word is always the administration from the top down the hierarchy, from the founders of the project to the moderation.

1.5 The administration of the project is not responsible and is not obliged to return the resources to the user in case of their loss as a result of deception by other users or technical problems.

1.6 The moderator, at his discretion, may mitigate the punishment for a player, only if the punishment was given by him.

1.7 Any third-party communication resources such as Discord have nothing to do with gameplay and evidence based on this will not be considered.

1.8 Launcher contains a set of protection libraries and software tools to ensure the stable operation of the servers of Macintraft. Launcher and security features do not contain malicious code. Running the launcher on your PC, you thereby confirm that you agree to its operation and influence on the operating system. Site administration is not responsible for any problems (and damages) caused by using the Launcher.

1.9 Payment for additional, optional game features is made only on the project site. Funds are credited through the payment aggregator in any currency at the location of the user, convertible by the payment aggregator in rubles. Specified on the pages of the site formed forms with the specified amounts of payments, is a recommendation and are not binding, as well as a public offer or incitement to actions. The transfer of rubles into game coins is not a service, as no commission is charged for this action, and it does not impose additional obligations on the parties.
