1. Definition of terms
- 1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
- 1.1.1 "Project site administration (hereinafter - Site Administration)" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of GravityCraft, which organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
- 1.1.2 "Personal data" means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the subject of the personal data).
- 1.1.3 "Processing of personal data" means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction personal data.

- 1.1.5 "Project Website User (hereinafter referred to as "User")" means a person accessing and using the Project Website through the Internet.
- 1.1.6 "Cookies" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request and HTTPS request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.
- 1.1.7 "IP address" - the unique network address of a node on an IP-based computer network.
